We love seeing your kitchens out in the real world. When we spot a great shot on social media, we might ask if we can share it. 

Your photos are mainly used on the matching product page on our website, so other customers can see how a kitchen actually looks and lives in someone's home. Sometimes we'll also use them elsewhere, such as Instagram, Facebook, our newsletter, or in one of our showrooms. 

By tagging your photo with #mykutchenhaus, you're agreeing to the following: 

You give Kutchenhaus Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your photo (referred to below as "the photo") in our marketing and advertising. That includes the gallery on our website, newsletters, social media, email, other customer communications, showroom materials, and other marketing purposes, at no cost to us. 

You confirm that: 

  1. You own the rights to your photo. 

  1. Anyone appearing in the photo has given you permission to pass on these rights. 

  1. Our use of the photo won't infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. 

You agree that we won't owe you any payment for using the photo, or for any intellectual property connected to the uses described above. You agree to release Kutchenhaus Ltd and anyone acting on our behalf from any claims, liability, or damages relating to our use of the photo as described here.
