From the moment we sat down with Steve to design our new kitchen and utility, we had a good feeling about Kütchenhaus. The Kütchenhaus process puts the customer at the heart of the design, which meant that when we left the showroom on our first visit, we had a good idea what our kitchen would look like. Steve took the time to listen to our requirements and understood what we wanted straightaway, offering practical solutions as well as interesting and inspiring design ideas we hadn’t considered. When a re-design was needed (as a result of a reduced area), he again worked with us to make sure we made the best possible use of the space available. Steve was also happy to meet and discuss aspects with interior designers. When our build was delayed and the timing changed, Kütchenhaus was very accommodating, working closely with the factory to hold the units until we were able to accept them. The Kütchenhaus Chichester team, especially Pip, were outstanding when it came to tackling some teething problems that occurred. They acknowledged the issues and came up with a plan to resolve them, keeping us informed throughout as they worked with their suppliers. As for the kitchen, the quality of the units is excellent – robust but at the same time modern and elegant. We love our kitchen and would highly recommend Kütchenhaus Chichester!
