Competitions

Promoter: The promoter is Kutchenhaus Ltd of Floor 4, Spotland Bridge Mill, Rochdale, OL11 5BU.

Competition Winner: There will be one competition winner selected based on the prize relevant to the competition post that the entry corresponds to, chosen from Facebook or Instagram, unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility: Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry Fee: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition unless stated otherwise.

Competition Deadline: The competition ends as stated on the competition post.

Non-Receipt of Entries: No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Rules: The rules of the competition are as stated above, with any additional specifics detailed in the caption of the corresponding social media post.

Right to Amend: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time. Entrants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible via social media announcement.

Prize Information: The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Prize Conditions: No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value without notice.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen from all valid entries on Instagram and Facebook at the discretion of Kutchenhaus Ltd.

Publicity: The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material and will be encouraged to provide a photo of their prize for promotional use on social media.

Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by @kutchenhauskitchens on Instagram or Kutchenhaus Kitchens on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Data Retention: No personal data will be retained as a result of this promotion, except for the necessary data required to contact the winner.

Promoter's Decision: The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters related to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Agreement to Terms: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Affiliation: This competition is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party channels where the competition is being promoted.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Kutchenhaus Ltd shall not be liable for: (i) any cancellation, delay, or change to the prize beyond its control; (ii) any act or default of third-party suppliers; (iii) any injury or damage resulting from the prize.
