From our initial call, showroom visits, design and design changes, to the delivery, installation and aftercare has been nothing short of exemplary. Both my next door neighbours had their Kitchens from Brett at KutchenHaus Mansfield and recommended I used them. I did and couldn’t recommend them enough. The kitchen itself is far better quality than everywhere else we looked such as Wren, Magnet, DIYkitchens, etc, the choice and configuration options were far superior as was the design. We felt that Brett really listened to us and more importantly challenged us to why we wanted the kitchen in a certain way and shared much better ideas and solutions. Brett was incredibly patient and accommodating with our numerous design changes. It also never felt like a sale and there was never any pressure unlike the cowboy sales tactics at the big retailers I.e. buy today and we’ll save you 40% - on our over inflated price!!! We visited the Mansfield branch following a recommendation from a friend. From the initial visit we knew we had made the right decision. Brett was fully engaged and very patient in walking us through the design options, what could work and what we should probably avoid. Nothing was too much trouble during the process and the digital images were extremely helpful (and ultimately accurate vs. the finished product) in allowing us to envisage what we were selecting. Lee did an outstanding job fitting the kitchen and overall it was an easy, stress free experience vs. some of the horror stories you hear from people when buying a new kitchen. Excellent service Kutchenhaus Mansfield: Brett is one of the most professional and conscientious people I have ever done business with. The attention to detail and can-do attitude was second to none. If you are serious about your kitchen and want it to be done without a minefield of snags, then I recommend him. If there were problems, Brett proposed solutions to solve them where others may have moaned and blamed someone else. We had a rocky road building the room to hold the kitchen but the one stable, reliable, on-time, part of our project, was the design and installation of the kitchen cabinets, all managed efficiently and seamlessly by Brett.
