Kutchenhaus Laurencekirk were terrific. From design to completion from their sensational painter and fitters ensuring completion 48 hours from Christmas day - WOW! Design was bespoke with effort care, and time taken to meet our budget and calendar. The fitter Bruce was a credit to the company, as if he was fitting his own kitchen and tidying the house.
I have to say that we are delighted with our Kutchenhaus kitchen. Having gone to a couple of other suppliers where we felt they were going through the motions we found that Helene and the team at Laurencekirk listened to what we wanted, made sensible suggestions without being in the least bit pushy and helped deliver the great quality well designed kitchen we had hoped for. We had to test the aftersales service too after an issue arose with one of the appliances (a manufacturer’s fault, not Kutchenhaus’s). Leona was immediately on the case and made sure the appliance was replaced quickly with the absolute minimum inconvenience to us – aftersales just as it should be!
We really can’t fault the team at the Laurencekirk and Aberdeen branches – they have been supportive, helpful and friendly throughout. We recommend them
