A massive thank you to the team at kutchenhaus Altrincham and especially Kate who helped design our dream kitchen and bring my ideas to life. There were a few hiccups but the team kept us updated and Josh went out of the way to ensure things were completed in the timeframe we needed. The fitter Kris was very efficient and also came back to correct some snags. We chose kutchenhaus because of their quality and professionalism as it was important to us to go somewhere with really good customer service so we would be looked after for the long run, should there be any problems in future. Kate was brilliant and always on hand to help me and speak with the other trades such as the electrician regarding the kitchen design, no matter the day or even the time. We are really pleased with how our new kitchen has turned out, so much so that we have decided we will soon come back to do the other rooms from kutchenhaus too!

Excellent pre planning and intermediate reviews, so that we got the kitchen that we wanted within the remit of our existing kitchen design. Couple of hiccups with the ordering of one of the cupboards/lighting transformer which meant a delay in the final completion. However we could use the kitchen before that was finished. We have a beautiful kitchen that fits our needs, thanks to Alistair, Josh and Olivia. Great communication and updates. We had an additional team to do the preliminary and post installation work. Adam and Bart led that part of the project. The team led by Kris for installation are very efficient and good at what they do. Initially, I put some before photos in, have removed them now as it detracts from the brilliant new kitchen! Some of the photos were taken prior to decorating. We ordered our kitchen In late February. Joshua was attentive and gave very detailed answers to our queries, which made the decision making process easier. He showed a variety of samples and possible combinations that would suit our needs. The kitchen came all the way from Germany, arriving in mid April. We were impressed with the quality and finish of the cabinets and fittings. Our fitter was equally impressed, commenting that it was the best he's assembled. Joshua checked in regularly to ensure that things were going smoothly. The fitting was relatively straightforward and the final results were stunning. We are very satisfied with the whole process.
